The closer a person’s facial features are to this ratio of 1.618-to-one, the more aesthetically balanced they are. However, the company who did the analysis emphasises it does not necessarily match the attractiveness perceived by the public. Argentinian Rodrigo de Paul is ranked first, while one of the world’s most image-conscious athletes, Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo, is only ranked 45th.
