Caretakers dress up as bears to raise rescued cub

# Caretakers at the San Diego Humane Society are wearing gloves, a fur coat, and a bear mask while raising an orphaned black bear cub. The cub was found by campers in California’s Los Padres National Forest in April and taken in by the humane society after his mother couldn’t be found. It is one of the youngest black bear cubs the organisation has ever cared for. The goal is to eventually release the cub back into the wild, so the bear costumes worn by his caretakers reduce the risk of him imprinting on humans.
