# President Cyril Ramaphosa has honored several foreign nationals with the Order of the Companions of OR Tambo for supporting South Africa’s freedom and democracy. Speaking at the award ceremony in Pretoria, Ramaphosa said the award recognises friendship, solidarity and contributions to peace.
