# The South African Weather Service has issued a warning for thunderstorms with heavy downpours and damaging winds in parts of the country until Monday. A Yellow level 2 warning for severe thunderstorms with heavy downpours has been issued for parts of the Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and Western Cape, as well as the central and western parts of the Free State and North West.
