Since his title-winning debut in 2005, the Spaniard dominated the clay court tournament, claiming his record 14th title in 2022. Long-time rivals Roger Federer of Switzerland, Novak Djokovic of Serbia, and Andy Murray of Scotland joined Nadal on the court to pay tribute.
