# Agriculture minister John Steenhuisen and Brazil’s vice minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Luiz De Alcantara Rua, have signed a Memorandum of Intent on the sidelines of the G20 Agriculture Working Group in Somerset West. The non-binding agreement aims to boost food security, sustainable farming, and trade opportunities. Steenhuisen hailed it as a shared vision for a food-secure future. A joint working group will oversee implementation as bilateral trade between the two nations continues to grow significantly.
