# The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture is calling for nominations for the National Arts and Culture Awards. The NACAs comprise seven categories and 30 awards including visual arts and crafts, literary works, and design and creative services. Minister Gayton McKenzie says these awards play a vital role in the creative industry by recognising excellence, boosting morale, inspiring, creating a vibrant nation, and promoting a culture of innovation. Nominations close on the 21st of May.
