# The Motor Industry Staff Association is hosting more than one-thousand-200 Grade 11 learners nationwide through its annual Child@Work initiative aimed at exposing young people to careers in the retail motor industry. Learners are being introduced to technical, artisan, administrative, and management opportunities within the sector. MISA spokesperson Phakamile Hlubi-Majola says the programme seeks to address rising youth unemployment by promoting scarce-skills careers:
