Global storytelling grant sparks creative bridge between Africa and Ibero-America

# A new partnership between Nature Environment and Wildlife Filmmakers and climate finance specialists, ECo, will support 12 visual storytelling collectives from Africa and Ibero-America. The funding, which is about 100-thousand-rand per project, will support work exploring themes such as memory, territory, time and ancestral knowledge. Selected groups will also receive mentorship and take part in a residency at NEWF’s eKhaya centre in Sodwana Bay in KwaZulu-Natal. The programme aims to support creative collaboration and reshape how communities tell their stories across continents.
