# Eskom says two contractual disputes with Framatome, the contractor for the Steam Generator Replacement Project at the Koeberg nuclear power station, are being addressed through agreed resolution processes. The Western Cape High Court has ordered the power utility to pay the French nuclear energy company around one-billion-rand, over the stoppage of work to replace three steam generators at Koeberg in 2022. Eskom’s spokesperson, Daphne Mokwena, says recent media reports appear to have mixed separate legal processes:
