# Eon de Vos has been appointed as the new festival director of the annual winter arts festival, Hermanus FynArts. De Vos is currently the station manager at Fine Music Radio and has been a well-known figure on television and radio since the 1980s. He will take up the position in October this year when he succeeds Mary Faure, who started the festival in 2013.
