# Edu-sport co-founder in East London, Jono Kruger is taking on the Comrades Marathon to raise funds for Edu-Sport’s Cubs Rugby Learning Academy in Mdantsane. The academy empowers children through education and sport, tackling trauma, poor academics, and lack of resources. Kruger says the funds will support education, coaching, and nutrition. He says that every step he runs is for a generation of Eastern Cape children striving for a better future. The race takes place next Sunday.
