Located on Victoria Road, the bar which is ranked sixth has been praised for its stunning ocean and mountain views, and laid-back and loungey setup. Sky Bar by Seen in Lisbon, Portugal tops the list followed by Le Perchoir in Paris and Terrasse William Gray in Montreal, Canada in third place.
