# Soccer: The Western Cape government has launched a new partnership with SAFA Cape Town, MTN South Africa, and Golden Arrow Bus Services to support school soccer. MEC Ricardo Mackenzie says over 12-thousand young players will benefit monthly from pre-loaded smart cards to use scheduled buses. MTN will cover card costs and run educational campaigns. He says this will foster inclusion and develop local soccer talent:
