Busan shark faces new threat from nearby oil spill

# South Korean authorities have suspended attempts to guide a celebrity shark out to sea, allowing it to leave on its own. The female dusky shark, nicknamed Bukang-i, returned to a canal in Busan hours after being guided out on Wednesday. Officials are monitoring her movements. An oil spill was reported near the canal entrance earlier today, prompting a coast guard clean-up operation. The shark has not been seen for several hours, and authorities have not confirmed whether the spill has affected her.
