# President Cyril Ramaphosa is calling for the expansion of blended finance to help more emerging farmers grow their businesses. In his keynote address at Redlands Dairy Farm in Stutterheim in the Eastern Cape, Ramaphosa said the Land Bank’s scheme, which combines government grants with loans, can provide more affordable finance and help farmers move from small-scale to commercial farming.
