# The National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure says maximum available resources have been deployed to ensure the safety of the 12 Heads of State and Government expected to attend the 46th Ordinary SADC Summit in Durban on 16 and 17 August. Extensive security preparations are already in place at the Durban International Convention Centre, with intelligence structures monitoring the security environment. NATJOINTS chairperson, Tebello Mosikili, says they have already arrested one Zimbabwean foreign national who attempted to obtain accreditation for the summit:
