Tygerberg and Red Cross hospitals lead reconstructive surgeries in July awareness drive [SOUND]

# The Western Cape Health Department says life-changing reconstructive surgeries are giving children with cleft and craniofacial conditions a second chance at a healthy life. In partnership with the Smile Foundation, Tygerberg and Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospitals are leading these efforts as July marks National Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month.
