# The Departments of Home Affairs, Justice and Constitutional Development have established a Virtual Priority Court in Durban to expedite the processing of immigration matters and deportation orders. Initial operations of this virtual platform are heavily focused on resolving cases involving over one-thousand Malawian nationals who have been sheltering at Sherwood Park in Durban. Home Affairs’ deputy director-general for Operations, Thulani Mavuso, says some Malawians have been found to have contravened South Africa’s immigration laws:
