# Turkish Airlines has signed a codeshare agreement with South Africa’s Airlink, expanding its footprint across Africa. Starting 1 August, the partnership will allow Turkish Airlines to place its “TK” code on Airlink-operated domestic and regional flights. The move will offer seamless connections from Cape Town and Johannesburg. Turkish Airlines says this enhances connectivity, enabling multi-sector travel on a single ticket. Airlink CEO De Villiers Engelbrecht says the collaboration deepens ties and offers travelers greater convenience across both airlines’ extensive route networks.
