Tshwane marks International Clean Air Day

# Forestry, Fisheries and Environment deputy minister Bernice Swarts and Tshwane mayor Nasiphi Moya are commemorating International Clean Air Day today at Molekwa Sports Complex in Atteridgeville. The commemoration raises awareness of air pollution, waste management, climate change and public health. Community awareness drives seek to educate residents on consequences of illegal dumping and open burning, while promoting safely disposing of unwanted electronic equipment through recycling.
