South Africa to host inaugural International Space Summit Africa in 2026

# South Africa will host the first-ever International Space Summit Africa from 2 to 4 June next year at the CSIR International Convention Centre in Pretoria. The summit will connect African space innovators, startups, and global industry leaders. Organisers expect 500 delegates and three-thousand targeted business meetings. Hauweng managing director Beulah Mosupye says the event aims to unlock Africa’s growing space economy, valued at over 350-billion-rand and projected to surpass 400-billion-rand by next year.
