# President Cyril Ramaphosa has reaffirmed that South Africans are not inherently against people from other African nations. He met with the president of Mozambique, Daniel Francisco Chapo, in Pretoria yesterday, where they had extensive discussions on matters of mutual interest. This comes as Nigeria, Ghana, and Mozambique have formally complained to the government about the treatment of their citizens in the country, amid xenophobic tensions.
