Ramaphosa says all levels of government are responding to the weather disaster in several provinces [SOUND]

# President Cyril Ramaphosa has assured the nation that all levels of government are responding to the devastating and severe weather events affecting several provinces. At least ten people have died as torrential rain, flooding and strong winds have caused widespread damage and disruptions in the Western Cape, Northern Cape and Eastern Cape. Ramaphosa’s spokesperson, Vincent Magwenya, says a national state of disaster has been declared in response to the loss of life and infrastructure damage:
