Speaking during a visit to Redlands Dairy Farm in Stutterheim in the Eastern Cape, Ramaphosa said access to land alone is not enough, with farmers also needing finance, mentorship, skills, technology and access to markets. He highlighted the Land Bank’s blended finance scheme, which combines government grants with loans, as an important way to help farmers expand:
