# Attacq Waterfall Investment Company and Rabie Property Group announced a 750-million-rand investment to develop a conference centre and hotel in Waterfall City in Midrand, Gauteng. This represents a significant capital injection into the province’s business hospitality sector. It will be managed by the same team that has operated the Century City Conference Centre and Hotels in Cape Town for the past decade. Rabie Property Group chairperson, Leon Cohen, says Century City has shown what is possible when conferencing and hospitality form part of a carefully planned mixed-use precinct.
