# The popular Mayor’s Craft Market makes its return to the Cape Town Civic Centre this week, offering over 40 registered vendors a free opportunity to sell their goods. Services and products sold at the market vary from savouries, jewellery, knitwear, chocolates, skincare, bedding, duvets, succulent pot plants, leather goods and shoes to name a few. Mayoral committee member for Corporate Services, Theresa Uys, says the market’s impact on local livelihoods, since its first run in September 2010, has been profound.
