# One of the oldest children’s homes in South Africa, the Durbanville Children’s Home, has benefited from a 150-thousand-rand donation from the City of Cape Town’s Mayoral Fund. The home houses 144 children, aged between 2 and 18-years-old from the broader area, informal settlements, farms and rural surrounds.
