Northern Cape to launch 60,000 jobs plan [SOUND]

# The Northern Cape government is set to launch a 60-thousand jobs plan this year to tackle high unemployment. The MEC for Finance and Economic Development, Lorato Venus Blennies-Magage, says a large-scale skills programme has been developed to align with the province’s needs. Speaking on the sidelines of the provincial State of the Nation Address, she emphasised that this initiative is a sustainable effort to boost employment:
