# The energy regulator, Nersa, has approved Cape Ocean Terminals’ application for a licence to build a petroleum storage facility and pipeline in Saldanha, in the Western Cape. The development, known as Project Albatross, will be rolled out in phases, with a total potential capacity of 390-thousand cubic metres of fuel. Nersa’s Charles Hlebela says the project will boost infrastructure investment and support local economic development:
