# National Council of Provinces chairperson, Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane, is leading a multiparty delegation to the Sixth Ordinary Session of the Pan-African Parliament in Midrand. The two-week session runs under the African Union theme, Justice for Africans and People of African Descent through Reparations. The agenda includes discussions on governance, human rights, and youth empowerment, alongside African Union–European Union dialogues and specialised events on civil society, nationality, and statelessness. The meeting seeks to reinforce Africa’s commitment to accountability and equitable development.
