# Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Ronald Lamola says restoring trust in multilateralism will not happen without meaningful reform of global governance, principally the United Nations Security Council. He addressed the UN General Assembly in New York, where he called for Africa to have a permanent seat at the Security Council.
