# Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, says the partnership between government and the faith community is important in addressing societal challenges and building stronger, safer communities. She delivered the keynote address at the St Paul African Apostolic Church’s Annual Feast in Moletsane, Soweto, Johannesburg, yesterday. Kubayi, who also chairs the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Migration, says faith-based organisations have helped spread the correct message about the country’s immigration crisis:
