# Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Ronald Lamola has called on countries to advance and protect financing for women’s, children’s and teenagers’ health. He addressed a high-level United Nations General Assembly session, focused on financing for these groups’ health. Lamola says over 3.3 billion people live in countries that spend more on interest payments than on schools and hospitals.
