# Ithuba Lottery has launched an urgent court application in the High Court in Pretoria to stop the handover of the fourth lotto licence to Sizekhaya Holdings. According to News24, the company, which placed second in the bid process, claims the bid evaluation process was flawed and wants the award frozen until the court reviews the decision. Trade, Industry and Competition minister, Parks Tau, has defended the process, citing Sizekhaya offered the best revenue projections for the state.
