# The International Trade Administration Commission has found that circumvention of antidumping duties on vehicle windscreens is taking place, causing material injury to the Southern African Customs Union industry. Itac says imports from China and Malaysia are being misclassified to evade duties. As a result, the South African Revenue Services has imposed provisional duties to curb tariff hopping. The commission has invited public comments within 14 days on its preliminary findings.
