# Eskom has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Korea Plant Service and Engineering to enhance research, technical consulting, and innovation. The partnership will focus on six key areas, including critical spares management, digitalisation, energy transition, and skills development. Eskom CEO Dan Marokane says the collaboration supports long-term sustainability and operational recovery. KEPCO KPS CEO Jungnam Lee hopes the partnership will improve aging power plant performance through world-class technological exchanges.
