Thambo alleged Kunene’s involvement in a 400-thousand-rand bail payment for a murder suspect and controversial businessman Katiso “KT” Molefe and irregular Rea Vaya tender dealings. Following a 48-hour legal demand, Thambo deleted the posts and issued an apology on X, admitting his remarks were harmful and unsubstantiated.
