# The DA in the Western Cape says the Cape Care Fund continues to make a tangible difference through a range of projects, including the provision of wheelchairs and sanitary products. The provincial Department of Social Development has secured a partnership with the Cape Town Science Centre, which will see an investment of nearly 11-million-rand into the fund. The DA’s Wendy Kaizer-Philander says this collaboration will strengthen the fund’s capacity to support vulnerable communities:
