DA welcomes establishment of a task team on animal disease prevention [SOUND]

# The DA says efforts that are being made by the Agriculture Department to combat the foot-and-mouth disease outbreak in the country are encouraging. KwaZulu-Natal remains the epicentre of the disease. There are currently 274 unresolved outbreaks in five provinces, of which 180 are in KZN.
