# The DA says Tourism minister Patricia de Lille’s decision to dissolve the SA Tourism board was a blatant abuse of power designed to shield her ally, suspended CEO, Nombulelo Guliwe, from accountability. The minister has defended her decision in Parliament, citing unlawful conduct, procedural violations, and reckless financial management as grounds for intervention.
