DA leader says the election of the new Pope is a reminder of servant leadership

# DA leader John Steenhuisen says the election of Pope Leo the 14th is a timely reminder to everyone, especially those holding elected office, that leadership means little if no greater mission is served. Chicago-born Robert Francis Prevost spent much of his career as a missionary in South America, and most recently led a powerful Vatican office for bishop appointments. Steenhuisen says being elected is to be chosen to serve with compassion, principle, and dedication. He adds that he wishes the new Pope strength for his reign.
