# COSATU will picket outside the North Gauteng High Court today in support of the Department of Health in the National Health Insurance case. The Board of Healthcare Funders and the South African Private Practitioners’ Forum are challenging the constitutionality of the NHI Act. Todays hearing will determine which court has jurisdiction as the government argues the case should go to the Constitutional Court.
