Capetonians urged to return outstanding library items during Fine-free Week [SOUND]

# With Fine-free Week coming up in Cape Town, patrons once again have the opportunity to return their outstanding library items without fearing fines. During the previous two amnesty periods, more than 1.3-million-rand worth of library items were returned. Fine-free Week is running from Monday to next Saturday.
