# AfriForum says there is no connection between the quality of the Nuclear Medicine Research Infrastructure facility and the constitutionality or workability of the National Health Insurance system. During his visit to the research facility at the Steve Biko Academic Hospital in Pretoria on Tuesday, president Cyril Ramaphosa hailed the facility as a blueprint for NHI.
