ACSA is looking to expand and modernise as it targets 42-million passengers by 2029/2030 [SOUND]

# Airports Company South Africa says it is pursuing a strategy underpinned by four pillars: expansion, modernisation, competitiveness, and global positioning. The company reported a strong performance for the 2025/2026 financial year, with a 98-percent passenger recovery compared with pre-Covid-19 levels and an 8.5-percent increase in passenger traffic year-on-year. ACSA acting CEO Charles Shilowa says they will introduce the passenger mobilisation programme to encourage more people to visit airports, even when they are not travelling:
