Minister Lamola moves to quell growing concern about rising anti-immigrant sentiment in SA [SOUND]

# Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ronald Lamola, says South Africa is seeking a more coordinated approach to migration management across Africa. Anti-immigrant protests in the country in recent weeks have revived concerns about xenophobic violence. Nigeria, Ghana and Mozambique have formally complained to the government about the treatment of their citizens in the country. Lamola says South Africa is strengthening its immigration policy to ensure compliance with the country’s immigration laws:
