# The National Coloured Congress member of parliament, Fadiel Adams, has been transported by police from Cape Town to KwaZulu-Natal, where will appear in court this morning. This was said by the NCC treasurer-general and chief of staff Ebrahim Burton, during an address to a contingent of media outside the Cape Town Central police station. Adams handed himself over to police after a warrant for his arrest was issued. Police confirmed that the warrant was linked to allegations that he interfered in the investigation into the murder of the former ANC Youth League secretary-general Sindiso Magaqa.
