# The Airlines Association of Southern Africa has elected Lift Senior Executive, Daniel Rosenzweig as chairperson, with Eswatini Air CEO Captain President Dlamini as deputy chairperson. Both will serve 12 months. Speaking at its 55th Annual General Assembly in Lusaka, Zambia, AASA CEO Aaron Munetsi said the duo will guide the association in advocacy with governments and regulators, to promote safe, competitive, and sustainable air transport across Southern Africa’s SADC region, supporting 16 airlines and 42 associates.
