# The top ten schools selected to move into the next phase of the 2025 Samsung Solve for Tomorrow STEM competition have been revealed. This competition challenges Grade 10 and 11 learners from underserved communities to identify real-world problems and solve them using science, technology, engineering, and maths. The Free State is represented by three schools in the top ten, followed by Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal with two each and one each for Limpopo, Eastern Cape and the Western Cape. The first-place school will receive 100-thousand-rand in cash.
